IAGT declines any responsibility for the different privacy and personal data protection policies that may be contained in the websites that can be accessed through the hyperlinks located on this website and not managed directly by IAGT.
IAGT wishes to inform the users of this website that this statement reflects the data protection policy followed by IAGT. This policy has been configured scrupulously respecting current regulations on the protection of personal data, that is, among others, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter L.O.P.D.) and Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11, which approves the Regulation of security measures for automated files containing personal data (hereinafter Regulation 994/1999).
Collection of personal data
IAGT does not voluntarily collect personal data from users of this website. The only data requested from users are those that the user provides voluntarily through the different forms on the website.
Consequently, IAGT will only have personal data of those users who voluntarily want to provide them. Only in these cases in which the user wishes, and always voluntarily, may communicate their personal data to IAGT.
Said data provided voluntarily by the user may be incorporated into an automated file, registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, under the ownership of IAGT.
Consequently, the user who voluntarily provides IAGT with their personal data expressly accepts the processing thereof, with the sole purpose of managing their status as a registered user of IAGT’s support service.
In any case, the data collected will always be treated respecting current regulations on the protection of personal data.
Security measures
The personal data communicated by the user to IAGT may be stored in automated or non-automated databases, whose ownership corresponds exclusively to IAGT, assuming all technical, organizational and security measures that guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and quality of the information contained therein in accordance with the provisions of the L.O.P.D. and Regulation 994/1999.
The communication between users and IAGT does not use a secure channel, and the data transmitted is not encrypted, so users are requested to refrain from sending those personal data that deserve the consideration of specially protected data in the terms of article 7 of the L.O.P.D., since the security measures applicable to a non-secure channel make it inadvisable.
Purpose of data processing
The personal data that is voluntarily communicated by the user will be used solely for the specific purpose of managing their status as a registered user of the support service and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, being used only for those purposes for which they were collected and of which the user is expressly informed at the time of collection in this Privacy Policy.
Data transfer
The personal data collected through this website will not be transferred to any other subject or company, except to the subjects and in the specific cases in which said transfer is protected by the L.O.P.D.
The user who voluntarily communicates their data to IAGT through this website expressly consents to the use of said personal data for sending commercial information by electronic means of the products and services marketed by IAGT, in strict compliance with the provisions of current legislation on Information Society Services, in terms of commercial communications, unless they express their opposition.
Likewise, the user who voluntarily communicates their data to IAGT through this website expressly consents to the use of said personal data for sending commercial information, including by electronic means, of the companies linked to IAGT, whose corporate name and activity is included in the Legal Notice page of IAGT in strict compliance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data and Information Society Services, unless they express their opposition.
Data quality: rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation.
IAGT undertakes to maintain at all times, the personal data that the users of this website have voluntarily provided, updated, so that they truthfully respond to the identity and personal characteristics of said users.
