The Challenge

Oney wanted to improve the experience and performance of its BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) 3×4 solutions in major eCommerce CMS platforms —Magento, Prestashop, and WooCommerce—. It also needed an Integration and Maintenance Plan to ensure smooth and consistent deployment for clients in Spain and Portugal.

We performed a full audit of the existing modules and functionally defined those not yet developed. We implemented technical and functional improvements to optimize the payment flow, increase compatibility, and enhance security.

Finally, we deployed an Integration, Traceability, and Maintenance Plan that allows Oney clients to adopt the solution quickly and keep it continuously updated.
