The Challenge

Bidafarma, in collaboration with Adecco, needed a digital solution to centralize and enhance the training of internal employees and partner pharmacies. The goal was to create a flexible, scalable product adaptable to new training needs.

Our Solution

We designed and developed a SaaS application built with Laravel and React, capable of managing the entire training ecosystem intuitively and efficiently.

We worked from the beginning with the People teams at Adecco and Bidafarma to ensure alignment with their processes and business objectives.

We also implemented a Continuous Improvement Plan to evolve the platform with new features, optimizations, and UX improvements.
