Universitas XXI – RAG AI system for academic guidance

The Challenge

Universitas XXI sought to incorporate Artificial Intelligence into its ecosystem to help new students choose courses and study plans aligned with their interests, academic background, and professional goals. The challenge was to create a reliable, secure recommendation system based on institutional knowledge.

Our Solution

We designed and developed a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system using AWS, React, and OpenAI models, capable of performing semantic searches on the University’s academic content and generating personalized recommendations through enriched prompts.
The system integrates multiple internal sources and ensures that each response is based on official and up-to-date information.
