Universitas XXI – Multi-Tenant SaaS Portal connected to the university ERP

The Challenge

Universitas XXI needed to transform its service portal—previously an on-premise solution—into a modern, centralized web platform fully integrated with its university ERP. The goal: to create a multi-tenant base portal capable of offering all academic, administrative, and management services that are already provided from the ERP on the web, adapting to universities in Spain and LATAM.

Our Solution

We designed and developed a university services portal built in React, connected to a Drupal CMS for content management, and supported by an AWS middleware that integrates securely and efficiently with the Universitas XXI ERP.

This portal acts as the web layer of the ERP, offering unified access to academic, administrative, economic, and research services, all with specific configuration per institution and without duplicating developments.

In addition, we incorporated dynamic components, advanced multi-tenant management, and visual and functional personalization mechanisms for each university.
